Gayl Long


Gayl is a HR consultant and executive coach with over fifteen years of experience working as a senior HR professional in corporate life, she has extensive experience of managing change; of helping individuals and organisations to achieve their full potential.

Combining energy and empathy with an up front style, she quickly creates an environment of trust where ideas can shared; where simple, practical and sustainable solutions are found. She is known for adding value with her insights, perspectives and questioning approach which help clients get what they really want in life and in business.

Gayl has worked with Siemens, Bayer, ICI, Zeneca, Syngenta, Unigate and managed the HR aspects of many large projects including large scale divestments and acquisitions. Her experience encompasses general HR, recruitment, change management, acquisition and divestment, talent management, training, development and coaching.

She has experience in a range of industry sectors including IT, food, chemical, healthcare and pharmaceutical. She has worked in the UK, Ireland, Australia as well as UK wide and EMEA roles.

Cathy Summers


Cathy is a versatile development consultant and coach with a successful track record in fast moving environments in the commercial, public and not-for-profit sectors.

She has held strategic and operational management roles as well as employee development and programme management roles. These include Royal Air Force officer and air traffic controller, voluntary sector manager, NHS senior manager and internal consultant / coach and management consultant in the private sector, with clients ranging from autoclave manufacture to retail and telecoms. Cathy has also experience of merger, major organisational change and restructure as an employee, as a senior manager and as a development consultant and coach.

Cathy is experienced in design and delivery of leadership development, high performance team working, personal and career development. She also has experience of buying leadership and management development from a range of providers. Cathy is a highly experienced facilitator who has facilitated events ranging from board level strategic planning to frontline team development.

A qualified and experienced coach, she has coached clients to successful outcomes in leadership development, leading change, career development and personal effectiveness. Cathy's style is outcome focused, consultative, constructively challenging and flexible and she is known for building excellent relationships at all levels.
